Youssef Tber

Director of Investments and Exports, AMDIE, Morocco

Youssef Tber currently serves as the Director of Investment and Export Promotion at the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE).

He previously held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies, where he contributed to the development of the New Investment Charter and the National Investment Development Policy.

Before that, he served as Advisor to the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad. As a member of the Minister’s cabinet, Youssef Tber played a key role in monitoring Moroccan companies’ projects in Africa, strengthening bilateral economic relations between Morocco and other African nations, and implementing Morocco’s economic strategy on the continent.

Earlier in his career, he worked as Special Advisor to the President of the Dislog Group, a leading distributor of fast-moving consumer goods, and as a consultant for UNESCO in Paris and Rabat.

He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
