Andreas Günther Hora is Deputy Executive Director of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), a Geneva‑based global umbrella organisation for investment promotion agencies (IPAs). He has worked for the past 13 years in investment promotion and economic development. Prior to joining WAIPA, he served at an international non‑governmental organization based in Vienna, Austria that promotes economic cooperation linking governments and the private sector in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. He is a graduate of the University of Vienna.
